Prospective residents must satisfy the referencing process; students are welcome with an acceptable guarantor or with other means of guarantee subject to our agreement. All photographs, floorplans and measurements have been taken as a guide only and are not precise. A security deposit of at least five weeks rent is required. Rent is to be paid at least one month in advance. Pre-Tenancy Funds of £100 are payable when an application is submitted which are non-refundable in line with our Terms and Conditions. It is the resident's responsibility to insure any personal possessions. The rent does not include any utility bills or Council Tax. There is a mandatory charge of £25 per month for broadband.
As well as paying the rent, you may also be required to make a permitted payment of £50.00 including VAT if you want to change the tenancy agreement. Payment of interest for the late payment of rent at a rate of 3% over the base rate of Barclays Bank plc (which we work out each day) on any rent you owe which is more than 14 days late may be required. If the landlord charges this interest you will pay interest from the date you should have paid the rent until the date you actually pay. If you lose the keys or fobs to the premises or the building, you must pay us any reasonable costs to supply and fit replacement locks or supply extra keys or fobs.
